Kevin’s Auto Hook Up LLC is committed to delivering high-quality services with professionalism, precision, and care. By proceeding with any service, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Kevin’s Auto Hook Up LLC, including its owners, members, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives, is not liable for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint defects, rock chips, cracks, fading, oxidation, worn trim, loose components, or prior improper installations. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any known issues prior to service. Any damage consistent with pre-existing conditions will not be the responsibility of Kevin’s Auto Hook Up LLC.

Due to the nature of automotive services—including but not limited to detailing, paint correction, window tinting, vinyl wraps, paint protection film (PPF), chrome deletes, and component removal or reinstallation—there are inherent risks involved. These may include adhesive failure, film lifting, contamination, surface imperfections becoming more visible, failure due to prior damage or environmental exposure, and potential failure of materials or components such as automotive glass. Automotive glass may be susceptible to cracking or breakage due to pre-existing damage, stress fractures, temperature changes, or other underlying conditions. By approving the service, the client acknowledges and accepts these risks and agrees not to hold Kevin’s Auto Hook Up LLC or its stakeholders liable.

Kevin’s Auto Hook Up LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from fragile, aged, aftermarket, or previously repaired components. Any removal or reinstallation of parts is performed with care; however, certain components may be prone to failure due to their condition, and the client assumes this risk.

All services are performed to professional standards using industry-approved methods and materials. Results may vary depending on the condition, age, and history of the vehicle.

All payments are due at the time of booking or completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a service has been scheduled, materials have been ordered, or work has begun.

By proceeding with payment, scheduling, or service, the client confirms full understanding and acceptance of these terms.
